From GHOULASH Central comes GHOULASH: The Last Game on Earth Board Game, the three-dimensional version that takes the thrills and excitement of The Original Game -- Ghouls, holes, debris, maze-like locations, searches, encounters -- and brings them to vivid life in a table-top game for up to four players.
Players assume the identities of the heroes from GHOULASH Adventures and battle Ghouls, race to find important items and to be the first to achieve 10 Victory Points. Each character possesses certain specialties that gives them advantages over the others. For instance, one character has greater strength in Ghoul fights. Another character can take more actions per turn. Each character is represented by his or her own deck of cards, featuring Value Points, the basic currency of The Board Game, as well as additional specialties that help them in the game.
The game is played on four 10-by-10-inch grids, printed on both sides, that can be arranged in thousands of different configurations. Players attempt to reach the green Encounter Tokens, hoping to face a Ghoul in battle, for it's victory in battle that earns the player Victory Points. But be careful how you play your Value cards, because if you don't have enough to kill the Ghoul, you'll suffer wounds. Suffer the number of wounds indicated on your character card and you're out of the game!
Just as in the Original Game, The Board Game features a set of Scenarios, designed to add even more punch and excitement to the game. For instance, one Scenario adds warp pads that allow players to immediately transport anywhere on the board. Another adds additional Ghoo guns that give players more firepower in Ghoul battles. Mix and match the Scenarios for even more variety of play!
